We are honoured to be hosting one of Australia’s best winemakers, Michael Hall.
Michael’s journey began in the UK and Switzerland, where he honed a jeweller’s precision before turning to his true passion: wine. After graduating dux in Wine Science and working with icons in Australia and France, he founded Michael Hall Wines in 2007. His philosophy is simple yet profound: unique sites, noble grapes, gentle handling, patient maturation. Slow wine.
